The area is perfect for nature lovers like me since we are close to everything we love - beautiful beaches, lots of hiking trails, rivers and streams for fishing and kayaking, rustic places to camp in the untouched wilderness, and award winning wheelways for biking and walking.

At the other end of the spectrum, I am a techno-geek. I am the creative partner with AlphaGeek Web Design. We are celebrating our 10th year in business and have just merged with Chesley Consulting, a fast-growing IT company in Michigan and Georgia. I love being involved in the ever-changing world of technology! I tend to use this website for testing so I'm usually behind the scenes customizing, installing, tweaking, etc. I hope you enjoy my cozy little home on the Internet.

Life in Northern Michigan

I live in beautiful northern Michigan in a city right on Little Traverse Bay. After living in Petoskey for more than ten years, I have decided that this is truly my home and I just can't imagine living anywhere else at this point. Marcie Wolf Eric Davis North Country TrailThe people here are warm and friendly, there are so many things to do year-round, and I'm close to the outdoor experiences I love.

Petoskey is a great place to live, work and play. There are lots of opportunities for business owners like myself to get involved with the community. I serve on the Board of Directors for our local animal shelter, I'm the Marketing Coordinator for the summer festival, and I volunteer my time with various activities such as parade line-up and fundraising events.

The area has some of the best freshwater beaches you will find anywhere. We are very proud of our local ski resorts who offer runs for all snowsports and are diligent about making lots of great snow. The North Country Trail offers lots of great hiking opportunities and our local wheelway is great for biking and walking.

Life is great in northern Michigan!
